5 /5 Cathy K: Sorry that many reviews on this branch are sorry to see their old bank go. Nevertheless this PNC branch rocks. Friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Was pleasantly greeted when I arrived, waited for a banker. Angelica was superb, handled my request very quickly. And employees wishes me safe travels (weather was getting nasty) as I exited. So refreshing after dealing with another PNC branch that had none of the attributes of this branch and employees.

1 /5 Jennifer Riness: Had a major banking issue with fraud and the branch manager came out and was rude and said I needed to make an appointment and her phone call and the personal bankers phone calls until the afternoon were more important than helping the only customer inside the branch, it was 10AM. I have been to this PNC 4 or 5 times and never had good service. I’ve also been a PNC customer for almost 14 years. Do not recommend this location and don’t waste your time, go to Mansfield at Broad street location. All the staff at the other branch’s are 10 times more helpful and kind.

1 /5 Jami Montes: As far as the branch customer service is great but talked to a manager about my funds not being available. She said there was nothing they could do even though I chose the express funds option and their system did not work properly. She was very sarcastic and when I asked to talk to Someone else she said sorry you can’t and hung up. I have deposited the same check weekly for years and have used the same bank since I was 17 but since it has changed to PNC it has been a terrible experience. Don’t bank here!
