1 /5 Robert Boucher: One Financial sends me a message with a picture of the amount of my loan, how much my monthly notes are for 36 months and the interest rate at 17.99 that says ok Robert let’s wrap up your loan application. When I called to go with the loan approval and make the loan with a 741 credit rating , you change the loan to 58 months at a interest at 27.98 % rate. One Financial sends out phony info to customers and changes the loan criteria at sign up time. Not very honest company to work with. I was dealing with a immediate death in family making funeral arrangements at the time so I didn’t catch this for a couple of days. I called Andreas when I noticed to no avail. Very dishonest company to work with.

1 /5 Adrian Jacques: Crooks they tell you that you are approved and then they called me and told me that it is showing I would have a negative balance. Based on my payments and they have no clue how much I send out in payments. I had plenty of money in the bank and the lady still told me her computer says I would have a negative balance.

1 /5 orlena chavez: This place makes you waste your time. I received a call from Carla on Saturday tells me I have been approved and tells me the amount I was approved for. She then asked for more information. She takes my information tells me she will call me back in one hour. She Did not call me back seems they close early on Saturdays which is fine, just don’t tell someone you are going to call them back in an hour and then don’t call. I call Monday and I’m told she is busy and she is the only one that can help me. She calls me back 3 hours later and has me on the phone for 10minutes muted by the way, dead air the whole time while she continues to review my application. Just so I can be told now I need a co-signer. Getting a co-signer is not the problem. The problem is the lack of communication and mis information. Do not call someone and tell them they are approved if additional information is needed or the application needs further review. Maybe say pre-approved or once I review your information I will be able to let you know what you are approved for. Will definitely be taking my business somewhere else.
