1 /5 Gabriela Flores: If I could I would rate 0 stars for this insurance company. My late mother-in-law was a client with them for 30+ years and they did not want to pay out for her funeral services, even though her policy was just for that. Her agent was shady, always gave us the run around after her passing. Called corporate to settle the rest of the policies and every time they would contradict what the agents at their Harlingen location had just told us. There is ton more issues with this company, warning to all do not do business at this location.

1 /5 Luna E. Lugo: They give you the run around. If you make an appointment to meet up with them they will either fail to show up or be very late. My grandmother is a policy holder here but when she calls to ask about her account with them they refuse to answer any of her questions. This place is a waste of space and time. Will be reporting for fraud is they dont get it together. Dont lose your money here. Stay away!

1 /5 PRAETORIAN LGX: Arranged automatic payments 1 and a half month in advance for my parents life insurance payments. Last cash payment was made, and the company automatically charged me two months worth of payments from my bank account in addition to the cash payment. Poor customer service. Cash payments result in variable monthly charges. The agent carlos Guerrero and the senior district manage Cesar Saenz could not give me an explanation as to why the company conducted the unauthorized withdrawal of $448. They told me a refund check was sent via FedEx and I am still waiting for the refund after 3 days. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance for the financial burden they have cause.
