This watch isn’t a high-end piece; it probably cost around $30-$50 when it was new, and it needed a new battery and a few other minor repairs. My wife and I have always had excellent experiences with Duff’s Jewelry, so I took my son there to see if they could help restore his cherished watch. When we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Michelle, who genuinely took the time to listen to my son as he shared the issues with the watch. It meant a lot to see her attentiveness, especially as he explained the sentimental value it held for him and why it was important to get it fixed. To our delight, they completed the repairs in under 24 hours, having it ready for us the very next day. I cant express enough gratitude for the care and dedication the team at Duff’s demonstrated. The experience was great from my trade in to deciding on the setting for my new loose diamond I brought in. The magnet technology of deciding on my setting was so cool.
