I have not seen a business as old as Bretts (40+ years!) to boast a perfect five star rating, but after experiencing Bescos service, I immediately understood why. Brett is the real deal and the finest example of jewelry craftsmanship you can receive. He was exceptionally communicative throughout the entire process, sharing through email, and in-person, screenshots of the full design process. I came with a specific ask, which was a low-profile ring designed to fit my then girlfriends very small finger. I procured a proportionally large lab-grown stone and wasnt sure how it would fit on her hand without being an obstruction in her day-to-day life. Brett gave me realistic expectations for what could physically be done, but ended up delivering far beyond those expectations. He also never made any unwelcome statements about our needs, and was easy to talk to throughout. In the end, the finished ring is excellent. It is both structurally sound, unassumingly low profile and the perfect setting for the stone. My photo does not do it justice. Nothing went wrong in my experience, but I feel certain that if any issues did come up, Brett would work to correct it. He said we could come in for any maintenance needed on the ring, or for any repairs should they be needed. However, I didnt expect Id need to, as his handiwork spoke for itself. I might add that I was still a teenager during this entire process, but he never once took advantage of my naivety. In fact, the ring ended up costing far below the value for his handiwork and expertise, to the point I would say I was undercharged. During a visit where he showed me the CAD he had made for our ring, I caught a glimpse of an incredibly ornate anniversary gift he was making for his wife, and was genuinely floored by the extensive detail and design. It was far more intricate than the ring I wanted made, and showed how far his ability goes after decades of making jewelry. His website showcases his ability further. He seems to take pride in being able to fulfill any vision a customer brings in. Avoid big box jewelry stores that take advantage of their customers, and support craftsmanship and artistry at Besco Custom Jewelers! I would recommend everybody with a jewelry need to come here, even if you have to fly in from Qatar. Brett is better than the reviews claim, he is the best.

Brenda Floyed I love Hartfield Designs! Shop has unique gifts and a wonderful friendly staff. I was there recently to have a necklace repaired. Beautiful work and a very reasonable price. This is probably not the best place to have jewelry repaired if you want it back immediately.

After hours of research online and calling jewelers (I didnt want the center stone to be a diamond, and apparently thats harder to cater to), I found Brett. Not only does he work in precious stones and metals, he also works very heavily with semiprecious stones. He called me when stones were in for me to look through and see what I liked. He was insanely customer-oriented despite the lower price tag of the purchase. I love the work he did and I absolutely ADORE my ring. We are having him do my wedding band to match, and we have trusted him (without fail) to fix heirloom jewelry. Thank you for taking the time to walk us through such an important and meaningful purchase. Thank you for making all of your customers feel welcomed regardless of what theyre buying. In this day and age, that kind of customer service is rare. I truly thank you for working with us and our budget! We will definitely keep coming back, and I highly recommend such a lovely small business.
