5 /5 April Graciano: Absolutely in Love with My Custom Emerald Ring! Pineforest Jewelry exceeded all my expectations. From the start, the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and detail-oriented. They helped bring my vision to life with a custom-designed ring that is absolutely stunning — the emerald cut stone and delicate setting are just perfect. Not only is the craftsmanship top-notch, but the price was also very affordable for such a personalized piece. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. Im beyond happy with the final product and will absolutely be returning for future pieces.

3 /5 Lucinda Roberts: I am rating 3 stars because: 1) good for changing batteries on my watches in a timely manner, 2) slow process with replacing Diamond stones in rings. They replaced 1 stone ion one ring in 6 weeks. Second ring, they didn’t have the experience and refused to tell me. They kept my ring for 2 months and they gave me multiple excuses. They could not even give me an estimate of cost or turn around time for completion.
