5 /5 Jose Manuel Diaz: Very pleased with the service Texas Prime Insurance offers. These guys work hard to get the best rates in home and auto insurance. I have been a customer for several years and never had a problem. Today I went in to add a vehicle to my insurance and ended up saving more money on both home and auto insurance. Great job Jesus and Lucas, keep up the good work.

1 /5 Aileen Fenwick: Weve been using Bound for 10 years+ but recently their customer service has dropped tremendously. They no longer evaluate or shop different policies for you to review different prices or coverage. If youve been with one vendor - they stick with that same vendor at every renewal. They also dont notify you of any missed or late payments on your account. This happened to us (never has happened in 10 years) recently. The payment was late (due to their mistake) and we were dropped from our car insurance without any notification from their team. When we went to reinstate the policy the team took zero accountability for the error and charged me a late fee. Youre better off working directly with the insurance company for more visibility, easier payment methods and access to coverage details. Super disappointed in the customer service. If you decide to work with them avoid Cindy and ask for their management team - they did a great job trying to resolve the issue.
