Shannon Avila Customer service experience is great, Lizbeth has made it very easy setting my insurance. Every time I need anything I contact her and she’s always available and happy to assist. I would totally recommend Lizbeth and her team to anyone in need of an insurance. If I could I would rate them ten stars for how much they’ve assisted me when in need.

Lucrezia Morris Lina there at Alpha was amazing she went above and beyond to find me the most suitable ins quote there was out there I really appreciated that because before I called them I was sent through the ringer the outraged quotes and certain companies wanting to put ppl on my policy that dont drive my car it was unbelievable but when I called Alpha my worries were put away Lina took charge and got me the best quote I heard all day I was very thankful for talking to her she is amazing good at what she does and cares about ppls pockets at the same time she wasnt just put for money thanks again Lina
