STK After losing a parent, I had to file a claim. My claims rep was Robbin Y, and she was amazing. The company actually reached out to me and sent me everything I needed with detailed instructions. I mailed my paperwork in, and called to see if it was received. My rep answered on the first call, confirmed receipt and stated my claim was submitted for payment without delay. I am very pleased with the process and speed of service.

So I used a couple of those insurance rates comparison websites and filled out the standard forms they provide. As a result, I received more than a dozen quotes from various companies. I visited a couple of local offices, too. In one I met the agent who gave me direct eye contact and a firm handshake, but he failed to follow up with a quote. That surprised me. Steven Adams, however, stayed in contact with me throughout my search for a "best bang for the buck" policy, considering my current financial situation. He applied all the different discounts he could offer, such as military veteran, "good payer," claim free status, and "welcome" (new customer). After we had some phone conversations, my impression of Steve is he is the kind of guy I would like as a neighbor or someone Id enjoy meeting for coffee and chat on a weekly basis.
