I needed to switch insurance carriers, needed more coverage, and had to do it fast in order to meet requirements for a new property management company for my rental property. Patricia was knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and very efficient. She was always available for my questions and concerns. Patricia never left me hanging, she stayed in constant contact with me, to make sure I got what I needed. I would definitely go back to her for my future insurance needs. Thank you Patricia.

5 /5 Archie Regala: Leilani is awesome! She handled my request to make changes to my auto policy in a very professional manner. She is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Its amazing how she fast she completed everything that was required. She also brought up my homeowners insurance and updated it, and reminded me of the renewal date of my flood insurance as well. It was a great experience working with Leilani. She deserves more than 5 stars.

She was the only one I felt comfortable talking to because she was so kind all throughout the process and went out of her way to give me all the quotes possible.
