1 /5 jack jones: Yvonne Torres signed me up for an EXPENSIVE home owners insurance quote using the wrong address. When I found a cheaper insurance and cancelled hers she told me nothing was charged. During the next 30 days I went through hell back and forth with my mortgage company saying they sent the insurance company a check and Everytime I would call her she promised me NO check was ever received. I had to call the insurance company directly because she kept misguiding me!! Please do better Flor insurance! And for yall looking for insurance agents look elsewhere!!
