Mr Terrell used to write my policies when he was in Hemphill Texas and when we all came back to Diboll, it was only Natural to move my policies to his business here. I recommend Terrell Ins for any of your insurance needs. His staff are all very qualified to handle your issues and theyre very welcoming t anyone going through their door. Ive even learned a few electronic things from the J. Terrell while visiting... itsore than just a hole in the wall agency, they treat you like family.

1 /5 Oscar Franco: Horrible service from a highly unprofessional agency. Nathan trys to write policies that are to his benefit, and when you oppose him, the gentleman hangs up on you!!! Ill take my business elsewhere.

2 /5 Rebecca Herchman: Nathan’s Staff is courteous & most of time helpful, but Nathan doesn’t return his calls and doesn’t stand behind all the Insurance policies he sales. We found him to be deceitful and not trustworthy. I would not recommend him, it’s not worth the headache!
