They do a good job of explaining the coverages and the differences between the companies they quote through. They took the stress away from me having to quote different companies and got me a rate that I am ecstatic about!

Daniel H. 2025 edit: I called yesterday 6/16/2025 the day after Father’s Day to file a claim and nobody answered. I called a few more times throughout the day and no answer. I was wondering while I’m steady working, did Dane let his employees off after Father’s Day? So I called today and learned that he did. That solidified to me that I’m giving the RIGHT people my business! My claim can wait a day, do right by your people! Well done sir! I was a customer of Dane Macklemore when I lived in Paris years ago, after moving to Dallas and dealing with a few other agents, I asked State Farm to move me back to be a customer of Dane Macklemore. I am a car enthusiast, and as a result, I end up communicating a lot with my insurance agent. The agents here, Chris and Tammy, are always a pleasure to deal with and understanding of my exact needs.
