1 /5 Vennessa Gonzales: I had full coverage, when I got into an accident they didnt do nothing to help me fix mine or the other persons car. They kept directing us both to different people and none of them were any help. They would always transfer us and we then would get a voicemail machine, we left tons of messages and nobody ever called us back!! I dropped them once all that happened. Its been almost a year now!! Horrible insurance!!
