Every year during the renewal process they make sure to find the best price for me. Dont understatement how helpful an insurance agent can be if you have a serious event. We did have a wreck and they were able to help facilitate some issues we had with our insurance company. They were also willing to answer questions we had to help us make the best choices. The best part was when we first got a quote they did save us money on all of our policies.

As a relatively new homeowner, I really appreciated the help in demystifying the insurance process--not to mention saving money with the lower rate that she found for us! she saved us even more money by finding us a great value on an auto policy to bundle with the homeowners. 1 /5 Ed Cowan: Transferred my policy to another agency, but same company and I get a call from the old agency wanting to discuss my renewal.. .like I was still one of their customers. It seemed like either a misguided way to recapture the business or the young agent Justin was just incompetent. As someone in the insurance business for many years.. either way its disappointing. Im leaning toward thinking he was Justin competent.

5 /5 Jennifer Phillips: Katrina was my agent and she was very responsive, helpful and knowledgable. She found home insurance that had much better coverage and lower deductibles. She also found auto insurance for a lower rate. Everything was easy and she sent quotes expeditiously. I had a great experience with Memorial Insurance highly recommend them.
