1 /5 Jessica R: Do not get insurance of any kind from this establishment. My mom called and cancelled her policy because they were charging her to much. When we called to cancel Karina or whatever her name is answered and when we told her we were canceling the insurance she very rudely said what date and we told her today. She stated they would be sending my mom an email to sign some forms to cancel. We are waiting on the email and it hasnt came through, we call back and again Karina answers the phone and we tell her we havent received the email and again very rudely all she says is that there working on it. It doesnt take very long for an email to be sent. My mom was paying 540 dollars full coverage for 3 vehicles and switched to Geico and saved 250 dollars a month. Thats besides the point. The point is dont talk to Karina, shes very rude. Im sure there is someone else there who is kinder than her who is willing to help.
