Some highlights about my experience was the fact that she was willing to sit down with me and listen to what I was looking for in terms of coverage. Another thing to consider is that communication is very easy. I would have to say that if you value the quality and ease of communicating with your agent, this is a good agency to go with. For me, this insurance was not the cheapest option that I had found. However, the cheapest companies had issues with answering the phone and getting back to me quickly. I had called a lot of companies when shopping around and personally, I value someone who is responsive. I set up email, text and phone calls with Cheri which was great because if you are a busy person, you might find yourself playing phone tag with whoever you are trying to call. If you are shopping for insurance I think that it is worth it to at least give them a call or send them an email.
