5 /5 Lonnie Lindsey: I cant complain, Allstate has been there through every event that I have endured. Thankful that has been far and in between. They are very informative and keep me up to date on any claims I may have. Except for the premiums that continue to rise, customer service is exceptional. I truly appreciate the work and the consistent updates. Thank you for being there for me.

1 /5 G2G Chosen One: I tried having a conversation with Roy Faulkenberry and needed to make sense of my plans my payments my coverage etc. instead he had the nerve to not only talk over me but hamg up on my face because he didnt want to have any discussion that didnt include making a payment and getting off the phone as quickly as possible. Ive been with Allstate for yrs now home and auto and this is how they treat a returning customer when Im trying to get clarification on my coverage??!! He has no respect no morals. Im sorry but Roy you should be fired for how poorly you handled a simple conversation today. And its a shame that Allstate will allow this behavior to continue by keeping you as there representative. Im done with Allstate.

5 /5 Cary Vanley: I have been with Allstate for about 30 years and been with several agents retiring and Roy took over about 9 years ago and hes done a fantastic job. For the last few years Michelle Mohrle has been my go to person for all my insurance needs and she has always gotten me the best rates. She treats me like family and even thru several claims weve made, I was never made to feel bad or ashamed of having an accident, they happen. If you want to be treated like a human being, go with Allstate and especially ask for Michelle...she will treat you right!

1 /5 Jonah AuHoy: Not good. Ive been watching my rate go through the roof for a bare minimum policy on my Jeep. I work from home now and drive very little, havent had a wreck or even any tickets in years. Back in May I asked my agent what it would cost to upgrade my policy to a full coverage policy. He just repeated my question back to me asking me if I wanted wanted to what the additional cost would be to add full coverage. No follow up...nothing.

5 /5 Joshua Davis: Ive enjoyed my time with Allstate. I have had to submit a claim for a new roof, and they helped me out. I had a small issue where the roofing company submitted a rebuttal to Allstates estimation to which Allstate approved, but they only paid me the initial estimate. Only took one phone call to fix and they were very apologetic. I would also like to note I believe I have had ZERO contact with Roy Faulkenberry whatsoever or this particular office as far as I can tell. I think Ive emailed/called him before and never heard back. I just used Allstates national line for all questions/issues thereafter. So my review is more for Allstate as a whole as far as I know. But maybe his office somehow is making me get better service than I otherwise would with another office (doesnt seem likely but I dunno).
