1 /5 Cathy Cruz: I would give it a negative stars if i could.. First of all i go in and dont get greeted ( part of CUSTOMER SERVICE - acknowledge the customer that just walked in ) .. Both women were on the phone for about 10 minutes.. One dummy talking about how she is looking for a house for her and her 5 children laughing about having so many kids, and oh no not that area jajaja lets chat about personal stuff while Im at work ignoring the customer jajaja Then the man looking woman on the phone talking a bit personal with her person on the phone making plans for sunday and blah blah blah .... The 5 kids turned around and asked if im there to make a payment i said no and she turned around.. These 2 IDIOTS should get fired for HORRIBLE customer service, rude and not wanting to be there to help just chatting away .... When one of the dumb dumbs got off the phone she asked what i needed in spanish "uhhh, hello, your in Houston talk to me in English" so i answered her rudely in english that i needed a quote for car insurance! I did not smile even though she later smiled .. Beyond STUPID both these ladies! How and why do they still have jobs??? Fire them and get actual employees that will make business grow and not get bad reviews .. Business will go down quickly with people like them .... Never again and wont ever recommend!! I will just say " dont go there" they dont deserve anyones business they deserve to go outta business!!

1 /5 benita Lee: Called the number several times something answered, took my information, and told me that they would call me back but never did!!! I called again, and they picked up the phone and hung it up in my face. I tried calling back, and they never answered!!! Horrible customer service!!!
