1 /5 Amanda Nicole Pena: Wanted to love this place since I have been a customer for years but they keep canceling my policies for no reason. I wasnt even informed I was no longer insured and the reason was beyond ridiculous. I was dropped for not providing pictures of the license plate on a new car even when my agent never told me I needed it and assured me I was good to go. I was given my insurance card and paid the start up basically for nothing since I was dropped apparently a few days later. When I called to get it situated, I was bounced around for an hour on the phone with multiple branches and told they were with in person customers and couldnt help me. So disappointed.

Very helpful and explained to me in detail what my policy would consist of. Because of her great service I did proceed with purchasing the policy and within minutes after signing my policy documents she sent me my proof of insurance. Again thank your Ruth for you assistance today.
