Tim McFatridge Brandy has always been really helpful and easy to work with. This time around for our renewal she was also the most patient person. Working nights I usually sleep during the day and I kept forgetting to get back with her on getting the policies paid for. After a few weeks I finally got around to taking care of it and she was just as nice, pleasant and helpful as ever. She also found me the quotes the safe me money and fit my budget. Thanks Brandy... Santos V Villarreal I had a bad experience with customer service recently trying to explain to her that upon changing insurance with a new vehicle purchase I was billed for my liability on first car twice. I would think that because both were insured thru pronto that wasn’t legal but the lady just kept repeating to me that I could not get a refund. At the end I got no email or anything regarding my cancellation of policy. I have never had an issue with local offices but customer service is not helpful at all.
