Low Cost Insurance - Lockhart (TX)

1 /5 Raquel Simpson: Writing here because no other option given…. Very unprofessional, bri who claims she is the only person to report to needs more training. Not a good look for low cost. She laughs, interrupted me several times but with more education she could maybe be a successful manager. She definitely knows the phrase I don’t know.. hopefully she gets the training needed to be better! Why would she ask if I want to cancel my payment of 376.00 no not at all just want to report an issue with paying bill. Her nice way of trying to bully me. I pay my bill and I won’t be disrespected when asking questions about my acct — one star because it’s required

1 /5 Alexis Cardona: I Do not recommend! It takes lots of consistency to get through to them over the phone and when you do manage to get your call answered they respond with a bad attitude and rude remarks! I will be taking my business elsewhere

4 /5 Erasmo Morales: They are very fair they always took car of my claims..I needed them twice and they came through both times.I been dealing with them for years now.No problems

5 /5 mj from tx: My daughter bought a new car and with minutes before closing the two young ladies waited on us and went above and beyond what was expected of them to make sure she had coverage! They are an asset to the company and should be recognized and rewarded. Great customer srvice!

2 /5 Tammy T Baby Williams: This company has some of the RUDEST people working there. They are a mother- daughter team that shouldnt even be working together. They need intenes training to better their customer service skills and proper phone etiquette. I will never do business with company and I will never send them any business and my word of mouth is powerful!!!!!
