Anytime Ive ever reached out with a question or concern about my car insurance policy, she has been quick to address it and she always has a kind demeanor! When I was buying another vehicle she ran numbers for me while I was at the dealership just so I had all the information I needed ready at the time of purchase. And today when I asked about moving my payment due date, she called me during her personal time on her way out of town to take care of it!! Like how sweet is she!? It is so refreshing to have an insurance agent that genuinely cares about my needs and concerns! Ghil Farms Courtney Salinas is by far the best insurance agent I have ever worked with. She is professional, honest, kind, and found the best option for my property and vehicles. Ruston Raybon Ive been with Farm Bureau since I started driving over 20 years ago. In all that time all of the agents and people with Farm Bureau have been kind and accommodating every time Ive needed to speak to them. My issue is that as kind and nice as the agents are they are (in my experience) often terrible at getting anything done. For instance I submitted a receipt from a locksmith for getting my car unlocked. My agent, Mike Johnson, said hed get it taken care of. I just got reimbursed... 3 months later. That was after a dozen follow up phone calls, emails, and voice mails with mike and very little return communication. When I worked with Mike to get my home insurance adjusted it literally took 5 months... it should have taken a couple weeks, but he just wouldnt follow through with anything. I had dozens of calls, voicemails, and emails trying to get him to take care of me. Ive had similar experiences with other agents. Theyre nice, they say the right things... but nothing gets done unless you call them every week for 3 months.
