1 /5 Adriana Martinez: I will say I’ve never had a insurance treat u so unfairly and woman be rude when you are getting a policy they have this girl Natalie who never has a idea what she’s doing and she as well always gives u different information and invalid I feel like their customer service is horrible if you ever need a great customer service people i recommend freeway in Donna ask for Gabby she will for sure get u all the help u need!

1 /5 Krink: Probably good insurance as long as you dont get hit by someone with Loya insurance. Took almost a year to get paid for the vehicle damage. On top of that a lot of shops want paid up front because they dont want to deal with Loya.

1 /5 Richard Pena: I dont recommend Fred Loya. They charged me twice in the same day. Then said they would refund the additional charge when I pressed, which was a lie. They said they had to wait for it to clear, when it already cleared (its posted in my account). Then was told that it had been processed but didnt know if it would go back into my account or if I would receive a check. If it sounds confusing its because it is and I cant get a straight answer. I requested to speak to someone else to get more information but no manager would pick up and they kept passing it along. I still dont have an answer about when or how I will be receiving my refund. And its not just this office. Ive called others and received the same defensive treatment from the staff. On top of all that, Fred Loya drafts your payment on different days. There is no set date so its difficult to know when it will draft.
