Jana Franscell Just want to give a shout out to Susan Pick with Kendall County Farm Bureau! I’ve been with them for years. When my daughter was in an accident a few years ago (not at fault, a lady t-boned her), I called to let her know about it as soon as I got to the scene. Ten minutes later I turned around and she was right there to make sure my daughter was ok and to start the process through our (and the other lady’s) insurance. Her guidance was invaluable to me and my family. Fast forward to last week. I got my insurance bill - which had significantly increased. I called her, and by close of business she had helped us in getting a much better rate for the same amount of coverage - because she KNOWS insurance! She is one of the kindest, most compassionate and knowledgeable agents in Boerne! Give her a call and let her take care of you like she has for our family! No hesitation for 5 stars! Tim Mays Customer service has not been good recently. I recently bought a new car and sold one. Had some issues getting the correct auto insurance cards mailed to me. When I finally got them, they were expired. I have never experienced problems in the past, but a little disappointed in recent events.
