Farmers Insurance - David Corrales - Midland (TX)

Francisco Palacios Told me I had a $500 deductible because I had a lien holder. Did not tell me that the bank would have to file a claim if I got in a accident. Told me if I file a claim it would be a $2000. Smh bad business practice. It was not explained to me this way when I signed up. Now I have to look for new insurance.

Lesley Johnston I called three times and was told they would call me back. No one ever returned my call. I had told them I had four houses and three cars I needed insurance on. Apparently they don’t need business. If they don’t want to talk to you ,trying to give them business ! They certainly won’t call you, when it’s time to make a claim.
