We had been experiencing astronomical price hikes with our Agent in Dallas year after year and they were unwilling to help us shop for better options. After spending an hour with Ross on the phone he identified policies for our home, our rental properties and cars that was not only better and the coverage far superior to what we had - he saved us $8K!!
