Cole Ellison I have not had to deal with the place of business personally; however one of my close friends does associate with this place of business and they are having a less than satisfactory time. Code enforcement condemned their apartment; The company has been notified of these issues prior to the condemnation of the apartment. They have not provided temporary housing or housing assistance. They have not communicated their concerns well enough either. The way they are handling this situation, has been best described as unprofessional.

Julia Davidson Have my auto loan through Chemung, overall a decent experience. However, you can only sign up for autopay through the end of the year. Mine ended and then I got hit with a late fee they won’t remove even after calling to explain. Obviously some of this is on me but feel like they could have worked with the late fee situation, I’ve never had a loan company that ends the auto payment automatically.

Also the ladies that work here are always super friendly and knowlegable about any questions you may have. Ive also had some issues with my account "not their fault or mine" and they were very helpful straightening it out. As far as posts about lines. There are also Kiosks and Ive never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time.

N Today This location is permanently closed. And the syracuse location is going out of their way to make contacting someone and getting information as difficult as possible, more then likely, they are just trying to do the absolute minimum to get their funding.
