1 /5 Jamie Cuddeback: I don’t even want to give a star period! The ladies behind the desk absolutely wonderful….the loan managers; absolutely disrespectful and rude. One gentleman in question didn’t even want to listen at all! Just absolutely disgusted with their lack of respect!!!!! People please don’t waste your time.

5 /5 Kingsland Music Productions Inc: For all the bad reviews and low stars remember the people coming in with attitudez and egos. The staff is awesome, remember you, and take care of you to the best of their abilities. As for other empowers I have had problems but Auburn is great

1 /5 Brian Teucke: The customer service is of very poor quality. Additionally, their customer “security” features are not working properly (their own admission), and they are not user friendly. Further, representatives gave conflicting instructions on how to use certain security and over the phone features. Overall, very sloppy add I would never use this company again.

2 /5 tsm bangbang: Beware of the home buyers grants they offer,they are good if you do not plan on tapping into your homes equity for at least 5yrs. For some reason,they fail to mention this is considered as a 2nd mortgage before you even have the 1st. They apparently keep certain information to themselves
