Youna Lee Resized my engagement ring thats a family heirloom. He polished it and cleaned it up. I waited less than an hour for it to be done because he understood the sentimental value of the ring and my reason for not wanting to leave it. The ring looked brand new and he didnt charge me a ridiculous price. On top of his excellent work, he was also very professional, experienced, and very friendly. I am going back to get my bracelet redone as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I absolutely love it and Carl and everyone there were so nice and accommodating. Had to have 2 links taken off and they were able to do it same day so I wouldn’t have to come back.
