1 /5 Jay N: Terrible customer service, went in because I had an issue with my watch band, and was told there was nothing he could do, he didnt even want to look at it. I wanted a new band and he was completely not interested on helping me at all. I went there because he is a small town jeweler, what a mistake. What jeweler doesnt want to make a sale especially with the way the economy is. I will never recommend him, or step foot is his place again ! As to the reply -- this was no watch with a plastic band at all, you must have given bad service to someone else also, this was a major brand gold watch !! Thats why I went to a small jeweler expecting a higher quality experience and knowledge -- obviously NOT ! I also wasnt replying about what you stock, I wasnt expecting you to have it in stock, I was commenting about your horrible attitude towards a customer.
