1 /5 Amanda Beasley: I received a letter in the mail from them with my street address and a random city, state and zip code which I did not live in. Their letter claimed that I had a violation with the City of West Palm Beach on 9/24/21. I was never in West Palm Beach that day and I have proof. I called and spoke to numerous customer services representatives and provided them with the reference code listed on the letter, but they could not find the account in their system and asked me to call them back "in a week or so" when the glitch was out of their system. I called the City of West Palm Beach myself and they could not locate any citation under my name or on that specific date. They explained that this is not the first time they have heard of this happening. Do not send these people money!

1 /5 Lolop Lolop: This is the same place that called me back in the day about debt except I never had a credit card bill etc in my life at that point. The internet used to be filled with insane stories about their dealings from the people they called AND from people who worked there. Im assuming they cleaned up the internet related to their name and started with the same call lists.

1 /5 Donovan Chaloner: Received a letter in the mail that claimed I owed money to them for some debt from Florida that I accrued in 2020. The only time I’ve ever been to Florida was for a short vacation and that was well after 2020. In 2020 I was also only 14 and had just got my first job so it doesn’t even make sense how that would’ve been possible. I called to inquire about what the debt was for, since the letter didn’t specify, and had the customer service rep look up my reference number to tell me. She couldn’t find that account. She looked up my name and also couldn’t find it. She took down my name on the letter and phone number and said she would talk to her higher ups and get back to me. After reading these reviews, I’m positive that it’s a scam or at the very least a very weird mistake. Either way, I’m concerned this may somehow affect my credit score negatively. I definitely do not owe them anything. Scammy company.
