From the start I knew I was looking for a white glove experience as well as a reputable and honest jeweler to find a natural diamond for my dream engagement ring. We found all of that with Her Rock. I wanted to be lightly involved in the process but still be surprised by the engagement ring. I reached out to Carlee explaining what I knew I did not like and left the rest up to the Her Rock team and my Fiancee. My Fiancee had a wonderful experience and came home with all of these interesting nuggets of information about diamonds. The natural diamonds to choose from were sourced from NYC and brought to Saratoga for my Fiancee to choose from. The experience was educational and personalized based on our needs. At the end of the day, I have so many wonderful things to say about Her Rock. I recommend them to everyone that asks about my ring. She looked at every piece and handled them with great care. Donna took her time and in the end, I was very surprised and happy with the results. Don s Customer at this store is what you would expect from a high end store. Offered cold bottle water, made you feel welcome and comfortable when shopping. Sales lady that help us was very friendly. Was buying a coach shirt and had an area to try the shirt on. Coach shirt are not cheap and T shirts are well over 100 dollars but then again its coach so dont expect things to be cheap.. you pay for what you get...they had some really nice items my wife ended up getting and loves everyone of them.. I did get some points from her for that
