The staff and owners at Haydens are nothing but a pleasure to work with. They are friendly, genuine, knowledgeable. We have worked with a number of jewelers over the years. Haydens is hands down the best!! Such a great experience.

5 /5 Danny Trombley: With the help of Mark and the Hayden team we designed an amazing custom engagement ring for the love of my life!!! I wanted to add in details that had significant meaning to our relationship. Everything from the number of diamonds on the side, to the shape of the band, the size of the center stone, and the ratio of the diamond held significance. She was absolutely blown away with how meaningful and beautiful the final result was and I couldnt have done it without Mark. Ill admit, Im an obsessive perfectionist and Mark was absolutely amazing with his patience and support with the thousands of questions I had. They did an excellent job educating me in ring design, what was possible, populating renders, and how to make sure the ring will last a lifetime. Youll never find this level of craftsmanship, support, and beauty going anywhere else. Huge shout-out to the team!!! Were forever grateful.

Mark was able to add the new stone to my original engagement band. The craftsmanship is above and beyond. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly.
