1 /5 R Henry: Called to get an insurance policy for two different properties. Asked specifically for Admitted insurance companies with AM Best A or better rating. Promised to have quotes available by the following afternoon. Five days later still no quote and the representative, Chelsea, kept on promising it was forthcoming. I called 5 days later, she put her alleged manager on the phone, Chris Russo, who was an absolute unprofessional, nasty, discourteous, irrational ignorant individual!!! And thats being nice! Do not waste your precious time with this agency! Just imagine if you were to bind coverage with this agency - after taking your money & receiving a hefty commission you would never receive assistance as they could care less! Take your hard-earned money to an insurance company/broker/agent that takes pride and interest in obtaining a great policy for you.

1 /5 Williams WILLIAMS: I was not happy with the services. Not one time did they call me to tell me the progress of my application for homeowners insurance. I called them all of the time and when I did, they did not provide me with the information that I needed. This was going on for over two wasted weeks. When I asked for the companies that were contacted for insurance, they did not provide me with that information. This made me think and feel that they did not do anything in my behalf. Whenever I called, the representatives would oftentimes cut me off by saying that someone else is waiting on the line or in the office and that they have to go which resulted in abruptly hanging up. This is not a good place to do business with. I do not recommend it.
