Hes easy to talk to. Another agent I spoke to today didnt know me and when I asked for a new binder on our policy it was in my email within 10 minutes of our call. Great customer service even if the industry is in the crapper.

She got a quote from her current insurance company for $400 dollars per month and I almost fell over. I contacted Rob to see if we could get that lower. After Rob took the time to contact cooperate because my daughter is buying a 2024 model year. And having them upload that model year in the system because it’s too early for those rates to be available. Rob was able to get my daughters quote to $140 per month! Jordan Brown One of the worst insurance companies. Their clients who hit your car and they won’t take fault for anything. The lady already hit me and then sat there and said there’s no damage we can leave Ain’t no time to waste sitting outside. Then filed the claim to immediately get denied saying they can’t get their police report through their third-party company instead of actually going to the Police Department and getting the police report. They want you to do the job for them just so they can deny the claim. This insurance company is the worst if you own a car. If you hit someone, they blame that person, but if you They blame you. This insurance company couldn’t lead blind people to water. ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO FILE YOUR CAR‼️
