Budget Brokerage Insurance - Riverhead (NY)

1 /5 Jeremy Dennis: I called for a quote and they put me on hold 10 times in 5 mins. Then they said they would call back. Never did. I called back and they acted like I never called and gave my info including including the address and VIN. Hope its not this way when you have a claim. Progressive gave this number and said they specialize in what I needed but they acted like what I was requested has never been asked before. When I called back today they said the person isnt working today and its been 48 hours. Why cant someone just give me a quote?

1 /5 Michael Lederman: I have been a client here for 20 years. Recently I moved since I retired. While paying never had a problem. I called today to tell them I moved and had Fed ex return my plates to DMV. I have a return receipt and asked for my refund for the insurance since I now have taken insurance with a broker in Florida. She said I had to call DMV in NY and say they received them . I told her I have the Fed Ex saying they were received. She then tells me I only have 4 more days on my policy anyways . I told her thats funny I never get anything saying it was going to expire. She said the insurance company should of done that. I said your my broker dont you do anything other that collect your percentage. She was of no help and I have recommended many in the past to Budget Brokerage. Never again . I am sorry after all these years this is in the manner they wish to handle my business. Beware as long as you make payments great , but for them to do anything as your broker forget it.
