TDL Ive been going to JM Financial for 10+ years now. Randall and His father (rest his soul) have always provided excellent service with the out most professionalism. Randall has taken great care of my financial records and always provided a fair and straight forward approach. He has also provided me with sound advice and made all tax related inquires much clearer to understand while being extremely organized. Its been an A+ experience from day one!

Jim and his team did an exceptional job with helping me after my mom passed away with all of financial records made things very easy and a smooth transition. Amanda Beasley I received a letter in the mail from them with my street address and a random city, state and zip code which I did not live in. Their letter claimed that I had a violation with the City of West Palm Beach on 9/24/21. I was never in West Palm Beach that day and I have proof. I called and spoke to numerous customer services representatives and provided them with the reference code listed on the letter, but they could not find the account in their system and asked me to call them back "in a week or so" when the glitch was out of their system. I called the City of West Palm Beach myself and they could not locate any citation under my name or on that specific date. They explained that this is not the first time they have heard of this happening. Do not send these people money!

DFNY51 Staff at the Monticello branch are great. Attentive to all customer needs. Jessica, Emalee, Simon are the best. Its a pleasure to deal with everyone.
