I am a client of Nick L., so this primarily reflects on the success of his efforts. I have been very pleased. Nick and his team consistently exceed my expectations in terms of portfolio performance, client service, customization, enjoyably meetings, and the statistical analyses I require. As someone who has written my own investment software for over 10 years, I have a lot "invested" in managing my own portfolio. Elderly and disabled customers not accommodated even when asked at front desk. clerks were ignoring people standing on.line to enter to help those who were inside and could not ask.a windows clerk in the waiting area for assistance. System not.customer friendly. Many people were from.outside NYC assisting relatives with paying property taxes. No dedicated lines or assistance with people who owed excessive amounts of parking ticket. People and corporations paying property taxes were coming glad with peoples who cars were towed.or.owed extensive.amounts of.parking tickets. law.abiding citizens just want.to.pay taxes. online system was not working. no kiosk in the area dedicated to pay property tax with the assistance of a representative.

Geneia Rood I just got off the phone with a woman named Lynn and she was extremely rude to me as well my public assistance was denied and I was just asking why and she said “you did not report that u applied for unemployment” then said that when she looked to see if I had applied and that they hav acess to see if I did that I didn’t! I was very confused and with all of the call volumes of calls to unemployment I wasn’t able to get through for weeks! At the end of the phone call she hung up on me! She wouldn’t let me talk and she was not professional at all!
