On three consecutive visits, I waited in line for more than two hours each day, only to be met with unprofessional and impolite behavior from staff. Instead of providing clear guidance, I was repeatedly given different and inconsistent information about the required documents. Each time, I was sent away with an additional list of paperwork to bring back, forcing me to make unnecessary trips and spend considerable time and effort.
It is clear from my experience that customer service and care are not being prioritized. The staff appeared careless, dismissive, and unwilling to provide proper assistance. This has resulted in significant frustration, wasted time, and an overall negative impression of your office.
I respectfully request that you review this matter, ensure proper training and accountability of your staff, and take corrective measures to improve the quality of service provided to customers. No one should be subjected to such disorganization and disregard for their time.
