2 /5 Amy Jernatowski: Awful, awful, awful. My grandparents had quite the investment portfolio when they passed. It took Kim months to send paperwork to me when she told me shed send it out that week and then there was absolutely no follow up. She knew how much money I was set to inherit (as well as the other four beneficiaries) and she couldnt care less about retaining us as clients (all early 30s with absolutely no background in finances or investing). Not to mention that she somehow messed up paperwork on the accounts that I ended up being listed as the primary account holder instead of a beneficiary. Better just to keep your money under your mattress than invest with them.

I recently closed out the last of the account to consolidate it with some others, and Julie and her team were so helpful, and followed up with all the details very quickly. I appreciate every thing they have done over the years.

1 /5 Irene Graham: These people may be fine--IF you dont have anything to begin with. But if you have an asset, they work with a law firm that will make sure you have nothing left when they are finished. Unrealistic payment plans, ridiculous fines and fees, hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth at a time. I have no idea how these people sleep at night!! A whole new meaning to the words Financial Abuse!
