5 /5 Noname Foryou: Have not regretted switching; the online app is vastly superior to the other banks in Ithaca, the customer service is excellent, the statements are easy to read and understand. They sat down with my newly adult son and explained how the bank worked without trying to “sell” him anything. Our mortgage is easy to understand and they gave us the best rate and lowest payment of all the banks in Ithaca. I’m quite pleased; when we moved here I was getting really frustrated with the choices available compared to where we moved from until we found Visions.

5 /5 Stephenie Monroe: I switched to Visions a few years ago and it was absolutely the right thing to do. The online banking portal is quick and easy. The financial advisors are personable and helpful. And I like the products, including the Lucky Savers CD. What makes me want to write a review, though, is the fact that today my partner and I left the bank and realized that we always same to receive help from the same associate and we always find ourselves saying how nice and cheerful she was. She’s incredibly quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. So we wanted to say a big thanks to “Mairi” at our Ithaca visions who was a small but cheerfully positive and impactful part of our day today.

I walked in with a host of issues and challenges, and she answered all of my questions, offered physical copies of my statements and gave clear explanations about transactions on my account. I appreciate how patient and kind she was through the entire process; numbers and finance are not my strong suit, and I tend to get easily overwhelmed. She went one step further by setting up my accounts and card for me, as well as updating my information, all while being mindful of other customers who were waiting in line.
