5 /5 Meg !: Ive got to say that I went from one company feeling kind of c**ppy every time I paid them... To a warm call conversation with Miss Patty! Then to go in today to have to pay a pretty good amount due to people using my vehicle as a pinball... She was able to drop my 6 month rate from three 3,837 to less then 3k! I love them! She is so kind and very thoughtful and helpful. Thanks Patty you sure took care of me !

If you are looking for a stand up guy with an amazing attitude that stayed late until everything was done Nick is your guy. He for sure has restored my faith in humanity and there is hope to work with someone easy and thorough through such a stressful process!

1 /5 S Youngs: They quoted me $960 to go through them for progressive. I went online and got it for $350. They also tried to force me to sign paperwork that my wife was going to surrender her permit. That has absolutely nothing to do with me. When I called about the cancelation letter from my previous provider to tell them I was no longer with them, the lady seemed less than enthusiastic about me finding out they were trying to rip me off. Then proceeds to tell me I signed a contract on a loan and that I have to pay the remaining balance off before I can switch companies or Ill lose my current insurance. Leave these crooks alone. They make money inflating the price on insurance. The insurance agencies arent doing anything you cant do yourselves.
