He answered all the questions I had, provided me with multiple quotes and ran through the specifics of each one in great detail. He also encouraged me to shop around for other rates, which I did. I reached out to numerous companies and no one came close to Douglas’s rates, coverage and customer service. After speaking to so many companies in such a short timespan, it was extremely clear to me why Hutchings Insurance Agency has such a great reputation in Orange County, New York. Mary OMalley was a teacher before entering the profession ten years ago. Not only does she know her stuff but she can also bring her clients up to speed in areas that can be a bit complicated. Maximilian Epstein Hudson United is a great company to work, but I was really impressed with the customer service provided to me by both Janet Laino and Jessica Laino. They are knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I did a lot of shopping around for the best insurance quotes, and was able to get a NYCM quote from another agent, but I shared the quote with Janet, and she was able to provide the same coverage at a lower cost. Also, I went to the DMV and they were not accepting my ID cards for vehicle registration, and I connected with Jessica who was able to fix the issue and send me new ID cards within 15 minutes which solved the DMV issue and avoided the need to schedule a separate appointment. Five star service at affordable rates -- you cant beat that with a national insurance company like Geico, Allstate, State Farm, etc..

Loren is a true pleasure to work with and brings forth a focused level of enthusiasm. She encompasses a natural pleasance, with genuine concern for her clients. Kyle Januszkiewicz In every experience I’ve had with the Buffalo Comparion sales team member(s), they’ve always addressed every concern I had and were fully transparent through the sales process. I’ve gone through this office twice now for two different insurance products and each time they presented me with several options to pick from and build a package specific for me(while also sharing their personal recommendations for coverage options based on their experience along the way).
