5 /5 Anthony Lorino: I received a routine Account check-in call from Alex J Leob today. I initially asked him for a callback and he politely accepted. When he called me back, we spoke for about 40 minutes and Alex was just the best. I asked him all sorts of questions about the nitty gritty details of what I am paying for, how we can reduce it, and about the insurance agency et large; meaning how much am I legally obligated to pay in NYS, versus what is technically "optional" to those who wish to be dangerous and unprotected. I am so grateful for his expertise and candor. Insurance sucks, but we have to pay it or else we are being very irresponsible. I am grateful to fully understand what I am getting and why I am paying for it. Thanks, Alex.
