Lisa Ashton Unfortunately we sustained some damage to our boat & had to file a claim . As usual , Stephen made the process so smooth & easy for us ! I know he immediately started the claim on his end because within hours I was contacted by a rep from the insurance. Company . I also love that he actually answers the phone & I don’t have to go through an automated system like all other companies . He is so professional & he actually cares ! Reassured us to call back if we had any questions or concerns . I love this company !

Her ability to listen and remedy an ongoing issue I had with Nationwide not only saved me money but prevented me from going to new insurance company all together.
