1 /5 Ryan Johnson: Terrible company. I’ve been out of work since the beginning of March and haven’t been paid a dime. This company is awful. They did the same thing to me when my first daughter was born I finally ended up getting paid after eight weeks. The Hartford has terrible customer service, terrible business practices, and doesn’t care about people using their services. My step father was not paid a dime until two weeks after he returned to work after back surgery. I have a fellow employee who has been out of work for going on two months and hasn’t been paid. It’s not cool to mess with peoples money. I can’t even pay my bills. -10/5. Would never recommend.

1 /5 James Padilla: So I had went on leave for Baby bonding, and I contacted the company to let them know I’m returning to work on a certain date, and when I told them, the employee I talked to said that they wrote down in my notes and profile that I returned to work at a certain date. I then proceeded to ask and confirm when my payments should end, the employee told me, I will recieve my payments through the last day of my leave, and that would be that. I received my final payement, but now they are making me pay back an overpayment that I made sure I had made sure I would not have to worry about. I’m unsure how this is my fault and why I’m having to pay something back I made sure ahead of time, I would not have to pay.

1 /5 Kayleigh Olsen: If I could give 0 stars I would. Been waiting 5 weeks to receive any type of payment. I called 2-3 times a week and got different responses every time. Left several voice-mails to be called back and knowone ever called back. They have absolutely no empathy that youre not getting paid. Maternity leave is supposed to be enjoyable yet they made it stressful not only not getting paid but having to call multiple times each week. This was my first baby and because of this situation it will be my last. But hey Im sure theyre getting paid on time. Worst company Ive dealt with very dissatisfied and would not recommend unless you like not getting paid, getting the run around and spending your days on the phone chasing money. Im seriously considering going back to work earlier than expected because I cant live with no paycheck and I cant deal with the stress of wondering when Ill get paid not to mention all the time Ive spent on the phone with them.

1 /5 family war: Its the worse been waiting to be paid for Abt a month now since I went on maternity leave and you mean to tell me you have yet to receive any of my docs I cant even buy pampers cause of Yall have yet to even attempt to pay me let alone pay my rent in my kids life insurance .. this company should really be closed making people feel we have to beg for our money

1 /5 N M: This place is unprofessional and does not care about their clients. While I do not have a direct conflict with them a beloved co-worker has. They have been attempting to contact their handler with no response back from them. Customer service refuses to help them. Would you want a company who leaves someone on the verge of losing only means of transportation? Who is putting someone so behind on bills that they unsure of what they’re going to do? I certainly would not.
