I requested to cancel my policy, but they may have completely ignored my request, as I still received billing statements from the insurance company. When I contacted them for an explanation, their response was slow and unhelpful. Additionally, I requested a quote for a new policy, but after three days with no response, I had no choice but to switch to a different insurance agent. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service made the entire process frustrating.
