John Molloy Dealing with insurance categorically sucks, but the secretaries are very kind and thorough, the agents are professional, prompt, and attentive to detail. They do a good job of giving it a “small hometown business” feel which makes a big difference when you’re navigating the system. Nobody wants to deal with insurance, but since you gotta, you might as well work with these guys.
