Everyone can agree that insurance is the evil no one wants or asks for....but everyone in this office really does care about their clients. I never felt like a number. I felt seen and heard and most importantly, they were able to lower my rate while offering me better coverage. Kyle really took the time to not hear my situation, but really put in the effort to take care of me. They worked around my schedule to ensure that switching insurance providers was easy and painless. They gained a very loyal customer that has every intention of staying with them for a very long time.

Lyss I spoke with Corey Fowlkes who was the most amazing and helpful person in my whole personal issue that I have going on with auto insurance. No I dont currently go through lighthouse but I used to and Ive never had any issues with them I just currently dont drive anymore and was calling to ask some questions. Corey I feel went above and beyond to help as I dont even have a policy but he was still willing to do anything and everything in his power to help and even called me back. Huge shoutout to him!!!
