Lisa Pesci How refreshing to meet such nice people. We were due for a renewal with "one of the big guys" that we have had for many years. Given the huge increase in the premium, we were inspired to compare. So we asked our neighbors if they would recommend their agency. They were more than happy to offer a rave review of the Conklin Agency. I am so glad I asked. I now know why my neighbors were so happy. In comparing the Conklin Agency to the " the big guys" my only disappointment is that I didnt inquire sooner. Equal coverage at a much better price is great. However, it is the ease of doing business with Kari that really impressed us. She provided several options within a day. All were better that what I had. Ultimately she helped make the transition seamless while saving us money. Super friendly people running a local family business. The Conklin Agency has earned these five stars. Start to finish ! .

Andy Gesner The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company is a complete joke. I tried to provide NXG Insurance with my business, but it became clear to me quite quickly that though he had been referred to me, Chris DiTommaso was going to be unable to assist me personally. Instead, he sloughed me off to his co-employee Tanner Davis, and after many days of being ignored by both of them, despite me calling and emailing, I sent an email expressing my concerns. Tanner did call me shortly thereafter to tell me he did not appreciate me "being rude", claiming that it usually takes "a week or two" to receive a Workers Compensation quote (WOW! What a whopper of a lie, I was able to purchase my policy with Geico in less than a hour!). Obviously Chris did not share with Tanner that there was a palpable sense of urgency to have this policy taken care of in a timely fashion. Tanner did promise to get back to me by "the end of the day." The date of that call was Monday, March 17th, 2025. That was over a week and a half ago. I have still not heard back from him and I doubt I will. Obviously "Customer Service" was not something they were trained to provide.

Rusty T Greeted with welcoming kindness as soon as I stepped through the door, and immediately felt as though I was amongst family who i could trust without a wavering doubt. The visit was decisive, and he explained how to continue in the transfer the rest of my S F from New Hampshire down here to NY. W which I have been working on for 2 weeks.
