1 /5 Preya Satianand: I used them as my broker to get a cheap insurance plan which they failed to do they gave me a policy in which I had to pay over $500 a month. I was desperate needed insurance I took. In my last final two weeks of my first months insurance they explained to me that I had two weeks to provide proof that my boy friend does not reside with me and will not drive my car. I had no way of proving that so I cancelled my insurance policy. They told me it would it would take some time to hear back about the policy ending. I waited and waited and now about 4 months later with no notice from Nivla or the insurance they hit me with a bill saying my bf was already added to the policy and Nivla expects me to pay that when they were the one who didn’t inform me in the first place of what I needed to know. If your looking for a broker whose going to be helpful and on top of there game in helping this isn’t the one !!!
